Rachel Cole

Rachel Cole is an experienced accounting and business analyst with a robust background in financial management and analysis. Currently serving as an Accounting Analyst at Great Plains Tribal Leaders Health Board since July 2023, Rachel previously held senior positions at Monument Health, including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Accountant, from November 2015 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes roles as Office Manager and Finance Coordinator at Youth & Family Services, Inc. from February 2002 to November 2015. Rachel holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Chadron State College and recently completed the CORe Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online in 2023.
