Jeffrey also served on the firm's Investment Committee. Under their leadership, J.H. Whitney & Co. grew from $500 million to over $7 billion in assets, with health care representing about 20% of their investment activities.

Before J.H. Whitney & Co., Jeffrey was a Principal at Canaan Partners from December 1988 to August 1993.
