Dawn Hill Holdgate

Dawn Hill Holdgate is an experienced Real Estate Broker at Great Point Properties since June 2008, specializing in real estate sales and vacation rentals. Holdgate also serves as a Selectman for the Town of Nantucket since April 2015 and previously held the position of Commissioner and Vice-Chair of the Historic District Commission from 2004 to April 2015, overseeing the architectural review of Nantucket Island properties. Prior to joining Great Point Properties, Holdgate worked as a Real Estate Broker at Sanford Real Estate from May 2004 to May 2008. Holdgate earned a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, graduating in 1998, and is an alumna of Sudbury Valley School.
