Richard Carson

Richard Carson is an experienced commercial property advisor with a strong focus on the acquisition and disposal of office accommodation in key London locations including the City of London, Midtown, and Canary Wharf. Currently serving as Senior Leasing Manager at GPE since November 2021, Richard previously held the position of Director at JLL from February 2015 to November 2021. Earlier roles include Senior Surveyor at DTZ and Surveyor at GVA Property Consultancy, showcasing a progressive career in property management and leasing. Richard holds a Master of Arts in Property Investment and Management from Nottingham Trent University and a BA Hons in French and Spanish from the University of Nottingham.
