Katie Dollard, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Great River Energy, where Katie has held various HR roles since June 2016, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Business Partner. Responsibilities include recruitment sourcing, managing performance reviews, and providing support to HR Business Partners and hiring leaders in recruiting and selection. Prior to Great River Energy, Katie held positions in human resources and client services at The Vision Companies, Virtual Radiologic, OptumHealth, and Westhealth Inc. Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Behavior/HR Management from The College of St. Scholastica and an Associate of Arts degree from Hibbing Community College.
