Todd Overgard

Todd Overgard has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Todd currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Development at Great River Energy, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Manager of Business Growth & Development at Great River Energy from September 2019 to February 2022. Before joining Great River Energy, Overgard worked at World Fuel Services as Senior Vice President (SVP) from August 2013 to September 2019. Todd also held the role of SVP - North American Energy Solutions at World Fuel Services. From January 2010 to September 2019, Overgard worked at U.S. Energy Services, first as President and then as Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations. Todd also had a stint at Kinect Energy Group as SVP Kinect Americas from October 2015 to August 2019. Earlier in their career, Overgard held the position of Vice President/Co-Owner at Energy & Environmental Consulting Engineers from March 1998 to August 1999. Todd started their career at Dairyland Power Cooperative as Manager of Customer Relations & Sales, where they worked from May 1989 to March 1998.

Todd Overgard has a diverse education history. Todd obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering from 1985 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. In 2005, Todd enrolled in Concord Law School at Purdue University Global, where they completed an Executive Juris Doctorate program from 2005 to 2008.

Additionally, Todd has earned certifications to enhance their skills. In April 2020, they obtained a certification titled "Excel: Charts in Depth" from LinkedIn.
