Tom Lambrecht

Tom Lambrecht serves as the Manager of Economic Development Services at Great River Energy, a role held since January 2006, where responsibilities include the administration and implementation of economic development strategies for 28 member electric cooperatives in Minnesota and coordination of financing programs for project development. Prior to this position, Tom worked as a Business Developer at The Northspan Group from January 1999 to January 2006, focusing on community and economic development for electric distribution cooperatives. Tom's early career includes serving as the Executive Director of the Northern Pine County Development Corporation from January 1995 to January 1999, where duties involved consulting and strategic planning for economic development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota, a Graduate Certificate in Economic Development from the University of Oklahoma, and a BA in Public Administration from St. Cloud State University.
