Nikki Towner

Nikki Towner has over two decades of experience in the retail and financial services sectors, currently serving as an Application Administrator at Great River Federal Credit Union since December 2015, with previous roles such as Application Support Analyst and Member Adviser Director. Prior to this, Nikki worked at Walmart for over eleven years, progressing from Assistant Manager, responsible for scheduling and sales management, to Wireless Merchandise Supervisor and Customer Service Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Teller at Wells Fargo. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from St. Cloud State University.
