Hannah O'Brien has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Hannah began their career in 2008 as the Manager of Healthcare Solutions at TetriDyn Solutions, Inc., where they worked until 2011. Hannah then joined Fort Madison Community Hospital as the Clinic Services Supervisor, managing a team of 25 non-clinical staff and overseeing the providers' schedules. In 2015, Hannah joined Great River Health System as the Manager of Patient Access, and later became the Patient Access Director in April 2020. At Great River Health System, they are responsible for ensuring smooth patient access processes and operations.
Hannah O'Brien has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Management from Rockhurst University, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. In 2011, they earned a Postsecondary Certificate in Electronic Medical Records Adoption for Healthcare Practices from North Idaho College. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they completed an Associate of Arts degree at Southeastern Community College. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Illinois University, with an expected completion in 2024.
