Sue Ferguson

Sue Ferguson is a seasoned professional in the healthcare education and training sector, currently serving as System Executive at Great River Health since July 2003. In this role, Sue has successfully transformed and managed the Training and Development Department across three campuses, benefiting over 2,500 employees and facilitating the merger of three hospitals into a cohesive health system. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Education, where management encompassed various educational aspects, and positions at Great River Medical Center, Fort Madison Community Hospital, and Burlington Medical Center PLLC. Sue holds a Master of Education degree from Capella University.
