Sean T. Findlen

Sean Findlen oversees Unum’s company-wide communications planning and implementation for the CEO, Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion, Enterprise Transformation, Finance, Investments, Learning & Development, Legal, and the Digital Transformation organizations. Sean joined Unum in 2022 after leadership roles at Bates College and the global communications firm, Weber Shandwick.

Sean has served on the GSP Board since 2015. As Board Chair, Sean ensures the Board fulfills its core responsibilities outlined in the bylaws, which include, but is not limited to, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing GSP finances, engaging in the development and approval of the strategic plan and supporting the executive director.
