Gregg Pierce - Aic

Gregg Pierce is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in claims management, currently serving as the Physical Damage & Cargo Claims Manager at Great West Casualty Company since March 1999. In this role, Gregg oversees the daily operations of 16 adjusters and manages a portfolio focused on commercial trucking claims, including claims litigation management and auditing. Previously, Gregg held the position of Senior Physical Damage & Cargo Claims Adjuster, handling over 800 claims annually, overseeing investigations, and managing settlements. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Auto Claims Adjuster at Farmers Insurance, where responsibilities included investigating and settling personal auto claims. Gregg holds a BA in Business Management from Boise State University, completed in 1991, and is a graduate of Nampa High School.
