Chris Phethean

Chris Phethean is an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer with a career spanning over a decade in the mortgage industry. Currently working at Great Western Home Loans since May 2022, Chris has previously held similar positions at The Money Broker, First Federal Bank of Florida, and EverBank. Earlier professional experience includes roles in delegate acquisitions at IQPC and as an assistant property manager at David A. Phethean Realty. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of South Florida and has additional educational experiences at Savannah State University.
