Stephen Dabbs, LEED AP, has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Stephen recently joined Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. as the Vice President of Construction. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Construction for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, where they successfully oversaw a $1.5 billion overhaul of the hotel and casino, including the construction of a unique guitar-shaped hotel and luxury resort amenities.
Stephen also worked as a Project Executive at Turnberry Associates, where they managed various construction projects. Stephen served as the Director of Development & Construction at Baha Mar, leading the establishment of a development program for luxury retail and food and beverage outlets. Additionally, they founded Dabbs Development Services, LLC, providing consulting services to owners, contractors, and investors.
Stephen's experience also includes roles as the Director of Development and Construction at Tandem, Ltd., overseeing the redesign of a five-star resort in Anguilla, and as the Director of Construction at Revel Entertainment, where they played a key role in completing the $2.4 billion Revel Resort in Atlantic City.
Earlier in their career, Stephen served as the Executive Director of Blue Back Square, a mixed-use development in West Hartford, CT, and as a Project Executive at Waterford Development LLC, overseeing the construction of the Hartford Convention Center and Hotel. Stephen began their career as a Senior Construction Manager at Kerzner International, where they worked on the expansion of the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino.
