Paula Boyce

Paula Boyce has a diverse range of work experience in various leadership positions. Paula served as the Executive Director - People at Great Yarmouth Borough Council, where they supported the council's goals and led initiatives in sustainability, carbon reduction, culture, and community resilience. Paula also held the role of Head of IT, Communications & Marketing at the council. Paula has extensive experience in the waste management sector, working for organizations such as the Norfolk Waste Partnership and Suffolk County Council. Additionally, Paula has worked in strategic roles at South Hams District Council and South Norfolk Council. Paula is currently a Company Director at Great Yarmouth Services (GYS) Limited and holds director positions at Equinox Enterprises Limited, Equinox Property Holdings Ltd, and Great Yarmouth Borough Services Ltd (GYBS). Paula's expertise includes communication, marketing, project management, public relations, and stakeholder engagement.

Paula Boyce has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Solid Wastes Management from the University of Sunderland. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications. Paula became a Fellow of the CIWM (Chartered Institution of Wastes Management) in June 2014. Furthermore, in November 2013, they completed the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) Group Consensus Facilitation course. Paula Boyce also achieved the designation of Chartered Waste Manager from the CIWM in June 1993.
