Kathy Umhoefer

Kathy Umhoefer currently serves as an ESOP Trust Services Officer at GreatBanc Trust Company, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Kathy had significant experience at Principal Financial Group from June 2021 to July 2022 as a Relationship Manager, Registered Representative, where Kathy managed 30 plans with assets ranging from $10M to $100M, successfully achieving 100% client retention during a migration. Prior roles include serving as a Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo from July 2016 to June 2021, managing approximately 20 plans and facilitating plan health reviews, and at Empower Retirement from April 2005 to July 2016, where Kathy managed and grew a book of business from 70 to nearly 130 plans, providing excellent service and support. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with double majors in Accounting and Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
