John Smith has over 16 years of experience in the railway industry, currently serving as the Lead Driver Manager at Greater Anglia since July 2007. Previously, John held multiple titles, including Driver Manager, Acting Driver Manager, and Driver Instructor, as well as working as a Train Driver. Before joining Greater Anglia, John was the landlord of The Coach and Horses from September 2005 to March 2007, managing a family-run business. John completed education at Colne Community School from 1996 to 2004.
