Natasha Higgs serves as a Yard Movements Controller at Greater Anglia since January 2019, where leadership of a team of depot drivers is key to ensuring efficient service delivery and operational excellence. Previous experience includes a similar role at Southeastern Railway from November 2012 to January 2019, focusing on performance management, safety, and service delivery. Additional roles encompassed Depot Coordinator for Train Maintenance/Movements and Project Coordinator, where Natasha led initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency and safety protocols. Currently pursuing HNC & HND in Business Management from Unicourse and a Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment from Suffolk New College.
