Esther Matthews is an instructional designer and author focused on experiential learning, gamification, and Agile project management and leads digital adoption platform building for Learning Design and Development at The Home Depot. Esther is also the editor of DIYInstructionaldesign.com, a blog for new, aspiring, and accidental instructional designers. Her varied background includes experience in post-secondary education, marketing, Agile Methodologies, and digital adoption platform building, all of which combine to create her unique perspective as a leader.
