Wanda Woodland Culley

Wanda Woodland Culley, MHA has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Wanda began their career in 2010 as a Customer Service Supervisor at Mid Atlantic, where they managed front-line customer service representatives and worked on improving overall performance and customer satisfaction. In 2012, they joined Inovalon as an Implementation Specialist, responsible for quality checks, data extraction, and client support. Wanda then moved on to Amerigroup in 2015, where they worked as a Medical Management Specialist II, focusing on medical management processes.

In the same year, Wanda also joined Anthem as a Program Coordinator, where they coordinated various programs. Wanda then transitioned to Greater Baden Medical Services, Inc. in 2017. At Greater Baden, they have held multiple roles, including Chronic Care Coordinator, Center Manager, Interim Director of Health Services, and Director of Healthcare Services. Wanda'sresponsibilities in these roles have included managing chronic and preventive healthcare programs, developing data collection systems, overseeing disease management, and monitoring performance metrics.

In their most recent positions at Greater Baden, Wanda has served as the Sr Dir Operations/Interim COO and currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer. In these roles, they are involved in strategic leadership and operational management of the organization. Throughout their career, Wanda has demonstrated a strong understanding of healthcare concepts and regulations, such as HEDIS, Star scores, NCQA, Joint Commission, HRSA, and Patient-Centered Medical Home Concepts.

Wanda Woodland Culley, MHA, obtained their Master's degree in Healthcare Administration from Walden University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management at American InterContinental University from 2011 to 2012. Wanda also earned an Associates degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from American InterContinental University from 2010 to 2012. Wanda began their educational journey with pre-nursing studies at Prince George's Community College from 2006 to 2008.
