Claudia Smith

Claudia Smith is a seasoned Senior Systems Analyst at Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) since February 2015, specializing in the analysis and maintenance of PM/EMR systems, including the management of eClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR for over 45 ambulatory practices. Responsibilities include optimizing clinical data, creating reports, automating appointment reminder systems, and troubleshooting lab and radiology interfaces. Prior to GBMC, Claudia worked as an EMR Consultant at The Middleton Group, where proposals for eClinicalWorks contracts were developed, and served as an EMR Clinical Analyst at Unity Healthcare, Inc., leading eCW implementation for community health centers. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Howard Community College, Claudia possesses a well-rounded educational background complementing extensive project management and operational support experience.
