John Chessare MD has held several important positions in the healthcare industry throughout their career. John started as the Senior Vice President for Medical Affairs at Boston Medical Center in 1998 and held this position until 2005. In 2005, they became the President of Caritas Norwood Hospital at Caritas Christi and remained in this role until 2008. Since 2010, they have been serving as the President and CEO of the Greater Baltimore Medical Center HealthCare System.
John Chessare MD holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Boston College. John also earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from Sapienza Università di Roma. Additionally, they hold a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Medical Care Organization from the University of Michigan.
