Ll'Rae Robinson, SHRM-SCP, CPBPM, currently serves as Global Talent Director at CSL Behring, responsible for the design and implementation of the executive Succession Management program and DEI educational content in learning programs. Previously, as Global Talent Senior Manager, Ll'Rae led critical HR initiatives, including the establishment of a new career leveling framework. Prior experience includes roles at State Farm® in Organizational Development and Learning and Development, where Ll'Rae led key teams and developed significant training programs. Additionally, Ll'Rae is a General Member of the Board for the Greater Baltimore Urban League and has held a leadership position with the National Black MBA Association. Ll'Rae holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lincoln University and a Master's in Organizational Psychology from Walden University.
