The Operations Team at Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank ensures seamless procurement, storage, and distribution of food supplies. Led by the Chief Operations Officer, the team coordinates with community partners, manages inventory, and oversees logistics to efficiently deliver food to those in need across 11 parishes.
