Erica Smith is the current Director of Member Services at the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Erica has previous experience as an office manager at Digital Cognition Technologies, Inc. from May 2016 to November 2016, and as the Director of Guest & Exhibitor Services at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority from November 2004 to February 2015. At the MCCA, they lead a staff of 75 employees dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience at the facilities and helped the MCCA to achieve its goal of becoming a Top 5 meetings and conventions destination.
