De’Von Douglass

De’Von Douglass is a seasoned professional in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Greater Boston Legal Services since September 2021. Douglass also founded Aurora Advising, a consulting firm focused on inclusion and justice, and previously held positions such as Director of Community Engagement for Harris County and Chief Resilience Officer for the City of Tulsa, where significant contributions included developing environmental strategies and community engagement systems. With a robust background in policy analysis and community advocacy, including stints at the Oklahoma Policy Institute and the New Jersey Office of Attorney General, Douglass holds a Juris Doctorate from The University of Tulsa College of Law and a Bachelor's in Sociology from Missouri State University.
