Stephen Kelly

Stephen Kelly is a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in urban development and management. Currently serving as the Joint Director of Planning and Economic Development at Greater Cambridge Shared Planning Service since June 2016, Stephen previously held leadership roles at the London Borough of Haringey as the Assistant Director of Planning from January 2014 to June 2016, and at the London Borough of Harrow as Divisional Director of Planning from May 2009 to January 2014. Additional experience includes serving as the Planning and Development Director at West Northamptonshire Development Corporation and Development Manager at Watford Borough Council, along with an earlier position as Area Planning Manager at the London Borough of Brent. Stephen holds an M.B.A. from Swansea University and a Bachelor's degree in Town and Regional Planning from Abertay University.
