Amy Laboy serves as the Vice President of Programs and Community Partnerships at the Greater Chicago Food Depository since April 2014, previously holding the role of Director of Programs and Services. Prior to this, Amy Laboy worked at Anixter Center from April 1998 to March 2014, where roles included Director of External Relations Operations and Volunteer Services, Director of Volunteer Service, Assistant Director of Training, and Manager of Adult Community Transition Program and Social and Recreational Services. In the early career, Amy Laboy held various positions at Bradford Woods, including Head Counselor and Assistant Head Counselor, overseeing staff and operations for a summer camp serving children with disabilities. Amy Laboy holds a Master of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Disorders from Valparaiso University.
