Carol Erickson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in stewardship, operations, and philanthropic engagement. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Stewardship and Operations at Greater Chicago Food Depository since April 2022, Erickson previously held the position of Senior Director of Philanthropic Engagement at Lutheran World Relief from February 2015 to April 2022. Additional roles include Manager of Constituent Support at Evangelical Covenant Church, Board Member for ALDE Chicago Chapter, and Director of Constituent Management at Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Earlier career milestones include serving as Director of Development at Alzheimer's Association - Greater Illinois Chapter and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois. Carol Erickson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Iowa between 1981 and 1986.
