Ewelina Minko, BA, MBA, currently serves as the Accounts Payable Manager at Greater Chicago Food Depository since February 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Company, LLC, where Ewelina progressed from Accounts Payable to Assistant Manager, Treasury Accountant, and Treasury Assistant from May 2015 to December 2023. Prior to that, Ewelina was a Professional Vocal Performer from 2009 to August 2022 and worked as a Teller at Currency Exchange from April 2011 to August 2012. Ewelina holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor's degree in Music Vocal Performance from Columbia College Chicago. Additional education was completed at Moraine Valley Community College.
