Laura Biddle Clarke has a diverse work experience, ranging from senior leadership positions to managerial roles in various nonprofits and organizations. Laura currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at Greater Cleveland Food Bank since 2023. Previously, they worked as the Senior Director of Development at Cleveland Clinic Akron General from 2018 to 2023. Before that, they held the position of Special Projects Manager at Tawani Foundation from 2013 to 2018. From 2011 to 2013, Laura served as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at The Field Museum. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at The Field Museum, including Director of Sponsorships, Corporate & Foundation Giving from 2005 to 2010, Manager of Sponsorships & Corporate Giving from 2004 to 2005, and Manager of Sponsorships from 2000 to 2003. Laura's earlier career includes roles at Wexner Center for the Arts at The Ohio State University, where they worked as the Development Manager of Corporate Giving from 1998 to 2000 and as a Development Assistant from 1996 to 1998. Laura also gained experience as a Grants Assistant at Wexner Center for the Arts from 1994 to 1995.
Laura Biddle Clarke attended Miami University from 1992 to 1994 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree Summa Cum Laude. Laura then pursued further education at The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree as a Barnett Fellow in Arts Policy and Administration.
