Robert Grimm has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Robert currently serves as the President of RG4 Realty Services, LLC since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, overseeing programs and operations. Robert also worked as a Housing Development Specialist at WSOS Community Action Agency and as a Kitchen and Interior Design Manager at Smetzer Kitchen and Appliance Center. Earlier in their career, they served as a Police Officer at Perkins Police Department.
Robert Grimm has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Operations and Human Resource Management, from Kent State University, which they completed in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree from Bowling Green State University in 2012. In 1998, they earned a Certificate in Real Estate, specializing in Appraisal, Law, and Finance, from Ohio Business College-Sandusky. Lastly, in 1992, they completed an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Terra State Community College.

Our Mission: Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity (GCHFH) develops opportunities for all of God's people to act out their faith. By working in partnerships to eliminate substandard housing, we enable families and volunteers to improve lives. GCHFH is a 501 ( c ) ( 3 ) nonprofit charitable organization that offers qualified families, with demonstrated need, willingness to partner, and the ability to pay a zero-interest loan, an opportunity to build and buy a home. We bring urban and suburban communities together to “eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world, and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action”. As an affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International, we are part of a worldwide powerhouse building in 3,000 locations across 100 countries. GCHFH ReStore The ReStore, operated by Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity, is one of the largest reuse and recycle centers in Cuyahoga County. The ReStore recycles and resells salvaged and reclaimed building materials, fixtures, tools, home improvement items, furniture, light fixtures, cabinets, household accessories, and much more and sells them at a fraction of retail cost. Proceeds from the ReStore support Habitat's mission to eliminate poverty housing through home construction and rehabilitation.
