David Ebersole has extensive experience in economic development and finance. Since 2022, they have served as the Vice President of Development Finance at the Greater Cleveland Partnership. Prior to that, they worked for the City of Cleveland from 2008 to 2022, holding various roles including Director of Economic Development, Interim Director of Economic Development, Assistant Director of Economic Development, Brownfield Program Manager, and Brownfield Project Coordinator. In these positions, they managed a loan portfolio, coordinated and managed high-profile development projects, and revitalized environmentally compromised properties. David has expertise in tax credit financing, environmental contamination, regulatory structures, and multiple funding sources for projects. Ebersole also played a key role in retaining the headquarters of the Sherwin-Williams Company in downtown Cleveland.
David Ebersole completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Carnegie Mellon University from 2001 to 2005. David then pursued further education and obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law from 2005 to 2008.
