Duff Milkie

Duff Milkie is the current Director at Greater Cleveland Partnership. Duff has held this position since June 2021. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President, Business Development, General Counsel, & Corporate Secretary at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company from February 2008 to June 2021. As a Corporate Officer and member of Senior Executive Management Team, they were responsible for leading Business Development and Legal as well as being the official record keeper for the Board of Directors. Duff led all legal, government affairs and risk management with 3 attorneys, 2 paralegals, 1 office manager, 2 safety professionals, 2 business development and 1 external relations professional. Duff was also responsible for Corporate Governance, Community Relations, Business Development, Legal, and Board matters.

During their time at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, they led business development and growth strategy which delivered $120M in economic impact. Duff evaluated land investment opportunities surrounding parks and 1,400 acres of undeveloped real estate. The portfolio was expanded through acquisitions, including a vacant airport site which was developed into a sports complex supporting field sports and a sports center in Sandusky which yielded $70M economic impact. Duff collaborated with the Erie County, Ohio Commissioners to establish a new sports tourism segment and also established an indoor sports center supporting basketball and volleyball with an accompanying orthopedic center - a $50M economic impact. Duff facilitated a land use and management agreement to support the expansion of the sports center and development of a 1,500 seat E sports arena

Duff Milkie was educated at The University of Toledo College of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree. Duff also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
