The portfolio was expanded through acquisitions, including a vacant airport site which was developed into a sports complex supporting field sports and a sports center in Sandusky which yielded $70M economic impact. Duff collaborated with the Erie County, Ohio Commissioners to establish a new sports tourism segment and also established an indoor sports center supporting basketball and volleyball with an accompanying orthopedic center - a $50M economic impact. Duff facilitated a land use and management agreement to support the expansion of the sports center and development of a 1,500 seat E sports arena

Duff Milkie was educated at The University of Toledo College of Law, where they obtained their Doctor of Law degree. Duff also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Toledo.
