Vice President Energy Services at Greater Cleveland Partnership

Nicole Stika has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as a Senior Business Developer - Sustainability Solutions at World Kinect Energy Services, starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Energy Services at Greater Cleveland Partnership from 2016 onwards. From 2013 to 2016, Nicole held the role of Senior Director of Energy Services at the Council of Smaller Enterprises, where they were responsible for strategic growth, management, and expansion of the energy portfolio. Before that, they worked as the Director of Energy Programs and later as the Director of Education and Products at COSE, focusing on developing and enhancing energy programs and education services. Nicole also gained experience as the Sr. Manager of Education Programs at COSE, an Education Manager at the Council of Smaller Enterprises, a Business Development Assistant at Glenville Development Corporation, and a GIS Coordinator at the City of Solon. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in energy services, strategic planning, and business development.

Nicole Stika has a strong educational background that includes a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Economic Development from the Maxine Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University. Nicole attended this college from 2002 to 2006.

Prior to obtaining their MPA degree, Nicole earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from the University of Dayton. Nicole attended the University of Dayton from 1998 to 2002.

Additionally, Nicole participated in the Cleveland Bridge Builders program from 2009 to 2010, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time. The program focused on graduate-level education.

Nicole Stika has also pursued several professional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications such as "Diversity: The Best Resource for Achieving Business Goals," "Fighting Gender Bias at Work," "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself," and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers," all obtained from LinkedIn in May 2020.

Nicole also obtained the "EcoDistrict Accredited Professional" certification from EcoDistricts in February 2020. In addition, Nicole holds certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" and "Unconscious Bias," both obtained from LinkedIn in July 2019, and the "LEED Green Associate" certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in February 2013.
