Pamela Sheehan Brown has a diverse work experience. From 2003 to 2007, they worked at The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia as a New Business Development Executive, responsible for the entire membership sales cycle. Pamela cold-called prospects, consulted with company CEOs and Presidents, and promoted the benefits and services of the Chamber. From 2007 to 2016, they owned and operated The Studio for Professional Actors, where they provided professional acting services. During this time, they also worked as a public speaker for Actorfest, focusing on child actors and the business side of the industry. Since 2016, they have been associated with the Greater Cleveland Partnership, initially as a Sponsorship and Advertising professional and currently as the Director of Sponsorship and Advertising.

Pamela Sheehan Brown completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University between 1990 and 1994. Pamela'sfield of study at the university was Theatre. Prior to that, they attended Nordonia High School from 1986 to 1990, focusing on College Prep and Advanced Placement courses. Pamela also obtained a certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in September 2020.
