Troy Greenfield

Troy Greenfield is an experienced professional currently serving in the role of DEI Data Initiatives & Programming at the Greater Cleveland Partnership since August 2021. Responsibilities include the development of diversity, equity, and inclusion programming, alongside the production of data and assessment initiatives. Additional tasks involve researching and contributing content to the organization’s best practices library and assisting with the bi-weekly E-newsletter. In addition, Troy has been a Special Event Project Manager at Productions Plus – The Talent Shop since August 2012. Academic qualifications include a degree in Organizational Leadership & Management from Cleveland State University (August 2020 - May 2022) and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Cuyahoga Community College (September 2019 - August 2020).
