Matt H.

Matt H. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matt is currently working as an Intelligent Transportation Systems Project Specialist at Greater Cleveland RTA, where they specialize in Trapeze TransitMaster & Vontas OnRoute CAD/AVL applications, Transit App/EZFare mobile integration, and FirstNet cellular engineering. Matt communicates with implementation teams to resolve system functionality concerns and provides technical expertise, support, and training for users. Previously, Matt worked as a Bus Operations Analyst at Greater Cleveland RTA, where they gathered and investigated key performance indicators, presented statistical research to stakeholders, and assisted with record management. Before joining the RTA, Matt worked at Apple as a Technical Expert and AppleCare Advisor, where they reported on key performance indicators, provided training and mentoring for new team members, and received high ratings on NPS surveys. At T-Mobile, Matt served as a Retail Sales Associate, excelling in customer service and ranking 2nd in monthly sales goals. Matt has also held positions as an Assistant Manager at Domino's, a Precinct Election Clerk at the Medina County Board of Elections, a Busser/Dishwasher at Alexandri's Restaurant, and a Field Office Staff member for Obama for America.

Matt H. obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from The University of Akron between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma in General Studies from Wadsworth High School from 2012 to 2016.

In terms of additional certifications, Matt obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Cuyahoga Community College in July 2022. Matt also acquired a General Industry Safety and Health certification from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in February 2022. Furthermore, Matt became a Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) through Apple in July 2018.
