Peter Comings

Peter Comings has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Peter is currently working as a Communications Specialist at Greater Cleveland RTA since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Writer from May 2018 to present. From May 2017 to October 2022, Peter worked in customer service at Oberlin IGA. Peter also served as the Managing Editor at PICT Papers from September 2009 to May 2017. In addition, they worked as a Fellow/Community Champion at The Civic Commons from September 2012 to January 2013. Peter's previous experience includes roles such as Online Media Manager, Editor of the Gaylord Herald Times, and News Editor at Schurz Communications and Northern Michigan Review respectively. Peter began their career as a Reporter at Tama County Publishing from 1995 to 1999.

Peter Comings completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Grinnell College from 1990 to 1994. Later, they pursued a degree in Public Administration at Lorain County Community College from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Peter is enrolled in Cleveland State University, where they are expected to complete a Master's degree in Urban Planning from 2021 to 2024.
