Tracy Jones has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tracy began their career in 1993 as an Account Receivable Supervisor at the City of East Cleveland, where they processed cash and non-cash transactions and made daily deposits for the city. Tracy then took on the role of Accounts Payable Manager, where they processed invoices and reconciled vendor accounts.

In 1999, Tracy joined MetroHealth Medical Center as a WIC Accounts Specialist. Tracy processed invoices, reconciled vendor accounts, and maintained records for caseload and the Farmers Market program. Tracy also filed monthly reports.

Tracy worked as a Payroll Financial Specialist at Maple Heights Board Education from 2015 to 2017, before transitioning to the role of Administrative Assistant to the Treasurer at Maple Heights City Schools. In this position, they input and processed payroll for over 400 employees, inputted new employees into state software and retirement systems, and filed all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

From February to March 2020, Tracy worked as an Accounts Payable Specialist at The NRP Group LLC, where they prepared invoices, maintained construction waivers, and entered budgets for new construction.

Currently, Tracy is employed at Greater Cleveland RTA as an Accounts Payable Clerk, where they process invoices and ACH payments with strict adherence to established methods and procedures. Tracy ensures the confidentiality and security of invoices and documentation and processes invoices in compliance with a matching invoice system.

Tracy's work experience demonstrates their proficiency in accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, record-keeping, and financial reporting.

Tracy Jones has a diverse education history, starting with their earliest educational attainment. From 1983 to 1986, they attended John Marshall High School, where they obtained their high school diploma. Following this, Tracy pursued further education at the Lawton School of Business from 1989 to 1991, earning a diploma in Finance, General.

In 2011, Tracy enrolled at Cuyahoga Community College, where they completed an Associate of Business degree from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they also obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Office Operations Management, emphasizing their expertise in this area. Their field of study in this program was Administration Office Systems.

Additionally, Tracy has recently acquired the "Successful Goal Setting" certification from LinkedIn. This certification was obtained in September 2021, showcasing their commitment to continued professional development.
