Sara Willard

Sara Willard possesses a diverse professional background with experience in shipping, receiving, and sales support. Currently serving in a Shipping and Receiving role at Emich Kia since September 2024, Sara previously worked as a District Executive for the Greater Colorado Council, BSA, from July 2022 to September 2024. Prior to that, Sara was a Regional Sales Specialist at Paragon 28, where support was provided to medical sales representatives for essential foot and ankle surgeries. Sara's tenure at Cabela's spanned from 2019 to 2021, beginning as an Operations Support Associate and advancing to Operations Support Team Lead, where leadership, training, and operational excellence were emphasized. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
