Lisa Henderson

Lisa Henderson serves as the Vice President of Health Initiatives at Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association since August 2019. Additionally, Lisa has been the Director of Business Development at Dayton Children's Medical Center since November 2005, where responsibilities include identifying and recommending service enhancements to drive growth and improve quality. Promotions have led Lisa to the role of Executive Director of Dayton Children's Health Partners, focusing on the management of a clinically integrated network. Previous roles at Dayton Children's also encompass managing the laboratory outreach program and referral marketing. Lisa's early career included an administrative residency at All Children's Health System, developing a business plan for bariatric surgery. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Health Services Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts, Public Relations, both from Xavier University.
