Mark O'Neal

Mark O'Neal has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Mark started their career as the Town Manager for the Town of Smyrna in 2002, where they served for 11 years. In 2013, they joined Goodwyn Mills and Cawood as the Director of Client Relations and Business Development, where they worked until 2016. Mark then moved on to the Greater Dickson Gas Authority, initially as the Assistant General Manager from 2016 to 2017, and later became the General Manager & C.E.O. from July 2017 to the present.

Mark O'Neal attended Lipscomb University from 1980 to 1983. However, no degree or field of study information is available for this period. Subsequently, they enrolled at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1983 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science-Public Administration. In 2013, they obtained the certification of Credentialed Manager from the International City-County Management Association.
