Kelsey Bowe is an Environmental Planner at the Greater Egypt Regional Planning and Development Commission, specializing in watershed planning, hazard mitigation planning, GIS, and UAS. Previously, Kelsey worked as a Fisheries Technician at Southern Illinois University and as an Enumerator for the U.S. Census Bureau.
