Angelica Tran

Angelica Tran is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner at Greater Family Health, with a tenure starting in November 2021. Prior to this role, Angelica served as a Registered Nurse at Northwest Community Healthcare from January 2017 to October 2021, and held similar positions at Rush University Medical Center from September 2012 to January 2017, and Resurrection Health Care from March 2011 to August 2012. Angelica earned a Master of Science in Family Practice Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University between 2017 and 2020, and previously obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Practice from West Suburban College of Nursing from 2008 to 2010, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois Chicago from 2003 to 2007.
