Neelam Patel, PA-C, currently serves as a Physician Assistant at Greater Family Health since March 2021, focusing on family medicine. Prior experience includes working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lexington Health Network from September 2014 to May 2018, where Neelam provided high-quality patient care in memory care and rehabilitation settings. Additionally, Neelam worked as a Research Assistant at the Institute for Health Research & Policy from January 2015 to May 2017. Neelam holds a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies from South College, obtained between 2018 and 2020, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 2016.
