Greater Good Events is a women-owned, boutique event planning and production firm that plans events that outlive the moment.

We partner with clients across industries, verticals and geographies to create intentional, inclusive, and joyful experiences. Based in New York, Los Angeles and Portland and working globally, we support nonprofits, foundations, purpose-led companies, and community-centered organizations of all shapes and sizes.

We believe that every gathering is an opportunity to reflect your values, strengthen your community, and inspire lasting impact. Whether you're planning a fundraising gala, strategic retreat, brand activation, or multi-day conference, we bring a care-forward approach rooted in purpose and powered by logistics excellence.

Our full suite of services includes event planning and design, hotel sourcing and contracting, travel management, guest registration strategy, and onsite support. As a boutique firm, we’re known for our personalized partnership, attention to detail, and ability to scale services to meet your goals—without the bloat or burnout of a one-size-fits-all model.

We’re more than planners—we’re experience designers. Our team draws from deep backgrounds in nonprofit leadership, equity-centered strategy, and sustainability to craft events that are as meaningful as they are memorable. We work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure every element of the experience reflects the people, purpose, and priorities that matter most.

From the vendors we recommend to the way we welcome every guest, we prioritize accessibility, environmental and social sustainability, and belonging. We see events as opportunities to model the world we’re building—thoughtfully, creatively, and with joy at the center.

If you're looking for a planning partner who leads with heart, listens deeply, and delivers with integrity—we’d love to connect.

Let’s create your next change-making moment—together.
