Cathy Schuch

Cathy Schuch is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both yoga instruction and marketing management. Currently serving as a Yoga Teacher at The Yoga Loft, Flow Yoga DePere, and Greater Green Bay YMCA since early 2024, Cathy has transitioned from a successful career in various marketing and management roles. Prior experience includes serving as Territory Manager at Green Bay Packaging and National Accounts Manager at ProAmpac, alongside significant leadership positions in marketing at Little Rapids Corporation and Schreiber Foods. Cathy holds a 200-hour RYT certification from Green Frog Yoga Teacher Training School and advanced degrees in Marketing (MBA) from Edgewood College and Industrial Technology - Packaging (BS) from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Additional professional development includes attending Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2016.
