Emily Smith

Emily Smith currently serves as the Executive Director of Financial Development at Greater Green Bay YMCA, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Emily had a 16-year tenure at Telefund, Inc., starting as a Canvasser and advancing to Director of New Business and Senior Account Executive, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and internal operations. Emily also served as Call Center Director, overseeing the Denver office and client campaigns. Earlier experience includes the role of Regional Director at Grassroots Campaigns, managing fundraising operations across multiple offices, and as Canvass Director, implementing the Democratic National Committee's first door-to-door fundraising effort in Wisconsin. Emily started their career as a Regional Recruiter, focusing on talent acquisition at universities nationwide. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2003.
