Rebecca Hove

Rebecca Hove has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Rebecca currently holds the position of Managing Director at the Greater Houston Community Foundation, a role they have held since 2019. Prior to this, Rebecca served as the Senior Director of Strategic Philanthropy from 2016 to 2018 and as the Director of Strategic Philanthropy from 2013 to 2015 at the same organization.

Before joining the Greater Houston Community Foundation, Rebecca worked at Bridgeway Capital Management/Bridgeway Foundation as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2013. In this role, they led foundation operations, strategy, compliance, budget, and investments.

Rebecca's career began at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. in 1998 as a Sales professional. Rebecca managed a wide range of accounts and successfully introduced new product lines into the market.
